Death Changes People

"You smell good." i said smiling and still laying my head on his chest.

Alex gave a little chuckle "Thanks..I think"

I kept smiling and closed my eyes.

Alex walked to his place, he looked up at it, he looked down at Jesse "Will you be alright out here for a minute?"he asked

I looked up and at his house then at him. "Yea, ill be fine." i said to him and smiled lightly then wiggled out of his arms.

Alex set her down gently before he made sure she was okay and headed into the house to get his keys and wallet. He turned his i-pod off and set it on the table leaving a little note for his mom

With my arms crossed i walked to the passenger side and set down in the seat. I lwaned back and closed my eyes.

Alex got his keys and headed out to the car getting in the drivers side and starting it up

I looked over at him and then down at the dash bored still silent. "Thank you for helping me back there, i could have been dead." i said to him.

Alex looked over at her "What are friends for?"he asked starting down his street

I looked at him and huffed. "Last time i checked you hated me." i said to him. "But, thank you."

Alex shrugged "I wasn't sure what I thought of you last time, I was just upset, okay?"he asked with a sigh as he drove

"Okay.." i said silently. "I wasnt exactly in the best mood either. And im planning on dumping Josh anyways." i siad .

Alex looked over at her "Why?" he asked confused "you two looked pretty happy, before the whole english thing"

I shook my head. "Its an act." i said to him. "He is a jerk, i hate him..all he talks about is Sex." i said to him shanking my head. "And he is to controling."

Alex nodded "Alright then"

I sighed and looked at him. "You know, the reason i said all that at school was becuase..your not the only one that misses him." i said to him wrapping a tear away. "We were really good friends, and we had something together." i said softly.

Alex looked over at her confused "What do you mean?"he asked

I swallowed. "Well, while me and Jason went out me and him had something going on 'Secretly'. I thought he would tell you, but i guess he didnt." i said to him. "It went on for several months."

Alex blinked but staid silent, part of their fight that night was because Kyle wouldn't tell him who he was seeing.

I looked down at the dashboard and blinked softly and a warm tear easily rolling down my cheek. I sniffled and looked out the window.

"He wouldn't tell me who he was seeing, only that he was seeing someone"Alex sighed. "Part of our fight was because of it..."he muttered

I closed my eyes and looked over at him. "He called me after the fight between ya'll." i said my lip twimbling. "He wouldnt stop studdering."

"He called you?" Alex asked, "What did he say?"

I remembered every word that he said. "He said, he couldnt take anymore. That he messed up yall's friendship." i said crying remembering his voice. "He told me how much you hated him, and everything he said to you, and everythign you said to him. He said he loved me, and wanted me to move on." i said wrapping the tears away. I stopped and sniffled some. I shook my head "He told me to tell you, that he loved you, and you was his brother. And that he was sorry."
